Whoa - that is the ugliest king cake I ever did see. Surely that did not come from Cannata's bakery???? Did it? Hope you are enjoying Mardi Gras, Dave's Son Jeff, his wife Stacie and two year old daughter Tatum are headed to Houma today to visit his Mom's side of the family, parades, good food and parties, wish we were there. We got our cake at Wal-Mart, thinking they were all the same. We are finding out that is not true...
I laughed so hard at the kangaroo comment...I think Walmart should adopt that in their King Cake advertising campaign. It certainly would get some attention. We were lucky enough to find a good baker of Kings Cakes here and have gone thru four of them already. Jesse, Kyle and Dave loves them some King Cake. Aunt Elaine
