Brian's family went camping at Willow Flats over Labor Day weekend. Poor Brian had just returned from 2 weeks in Jackson Hole sleeping on an uncomfortable bed, but Kylie was so excited to sleep in a tent. They stayed up there for 2 nights while I slept at home in my comfortable bed, driving up to see them during the day. Being 32 weeks pregnant and not getting a good night's sleep in my own comfortable bed, I didn't feel ambitious enough to sleep on the ground. 
Brian and I just picked up Kylie from school and the two of them decided to have a movie/snack afternoon. They are watching Transformers and roasting leftover marshmallows in the living room. Dads are so much fun!

I love the campfire picture. It's so classic! Every man needs to help make the fire, and all the little girls need to sit in chairs near by to be warm.

Dads kind of GET to be the fun ones. My husband stays home once a week to watch addison while i work. They are always doing fun things! Because he doesn't have to worry about making dinner, making bed, doing laundry, cleaning toilets, running errands... they just get to play. But I am glad that they get to bond like that.
Dads ARE fun. marshmallows in the afternoon, in the living room! what a lucky girl!
